When accessing and using our website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We aim to answer all queries within 24 hours.  

All offers are made subject to availability.

Peggies reserve the right to change prices without notice.  

All orders made prior to such changes will not be affected. 


All products are described as accurately as possible, with precise detailing.

All of our dolls created for play conform to CE testing standards.

Our products are bespoke and handmade to order unless otherwise stated.  Therefore slight variations in design, colours, text location and trimmings may occur and are to be expected.


There may be colour and contrast variations from photograph to real-life due to screens and resolution. 

We work hard to show our products in their true-to-life form,  but we cannot be held responsible if the colour tones differ from what you see on your screen.  

If in doubt, please contact us to discuss.


As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, including spelling of words,  are correctly given.   Errors may be able to be rectified, but this may be offered subject to a charge.

Any mistakes made by ourselves here at Peggies will be rectified free of charge but these must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of goods. 


We are absolutely committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal details safe.


We do not see any of your payment card information at any time. 

Website payments are taken via the encrypted secure service offered via our payment processors – Paypal or Stripe. 

We only use the information you provide us with to process your order efficiently.

If you choose to opt in to our Peggies Newsletter service, your email address will be used for that service only and you may easily unsubscribe from at any time.

We can also send an invoice for your purchases via Paypal if you prefer to pay directly from your account.

Payment must be received in full before work can commence on your items. 


We dispatch to UK addresses.   

Our postage charge for the UK is a flat rate of £2.99 for 2nd Class per order.  

Our order dispatch times vary due to the bespoke nature of many of our items.   Dispatch turnaround time will be displayed at the top header of the website and in the item descriptions. Email updates will be provided throughout the order process where applicable.


You will receive notification via email when your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has left our hands, we cannot control the delivery timescale of our postal partners Royal Mail.  If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame having left our care, we will investigate and send out a replacement or issue a refund where deemed applicable.  

Please note that Royal Mail doesn’t view an item as lost until 10 working days from dispatch has passed.  

We cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.  

We always send our orders out to the address stated on the order invoice or paypal account used unless contacted by the customer to suggest otherwise.  If these are different, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. 

Please ensure that the Paypal address is up to date before placing your Peggies order.



All of our bespoke and personalised items are created to suit particular wants and specifications.  

We do not usually accept returns on these items.  

If an item is deemed as faulty, damaged, or an error in personalisation has been made by us, we will accept a return within 14 days of receipt and we shall refund the cost of return postage.  

Photographic evidence of the above will be requested.  

Non-personalised or bespoke items can be returned within 14 days.

We request that an intention of return notice is sent in writing (ie. email), and items must be returned to us in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. 

In this case, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.  

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received the returned item(s) and we will be either providing an replacement item or a refund as discussed.  

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit on their return to us.


We do not accept cancellations for our bespoke or personalised items if the process of production has commenced.

However, we will always try to accommodate changes where possible.


We reserve the right to update and make alterations to these terms and conditions at any time to ensure that we comply with current policy and legislation.  

By using our website, you accept that you are responsible for ensuring that you stay updated with any changes made.  


Peggies products are not recommended for very young children or those that place toys in their mouths.  We have a recommended usage age of 2 years plus.

Adult supervision is required at all times during use of Peggies products.  

We, at Peggies, cannot be held responsible for any incidents arising from the misuse of any of our products.

Above all, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Peggies purchase(s).
